A 1.5 hour single class designed for students and parents to learn calming mindfulness exercises and strategies to deal with stress.

Many students and parents these days are constantly stressed and overwhelmed by expectations in school, at work, in home, and even amongst friends. This is a class for EVERYONE who experiences stress, struggles with pressure, and/or wants to learn helpful strategies to deal with stress and/or anxiety.

**For Learning Foundations’ clients:   Our academic coaches are working closely with your student to pre-evaluate what triggers their stress and worry levels.  Coaches and students will also be setting S.M.A.R.T goals to support your student’s growth and maturity.  Our hope is that every student and parent will participate so you can support each other at home with healthy ways of coping with stress and anxiety.
