Learning Foundations coaches are highly trained educators who specialize in ADHD, Dyslexia, Executive Function, Auditory Processing, reading comprehension, math and writing abilities. In addition, our coaches apply multi-sensory teaching techniques for every academic subject incorporating skills for organization, time management and test taking strategies.
Divya believes that every student has the potential to learn and excel. This can be developed by tapping into a student’s learning style and creating an individualized approach to teaching that student. She believes in the power of positive reinforcement to motivate students, and believes coaching students at their own pace will improve skills and confidence. She always aims to inspire the love of learning in her students through building rapport, incorporating their interests, and developing their strengths.
Divya grew up in California and has lived in Colorado for the past seven years. She enjoys going on walks and hikes with her husband and spending time with her friends. She loves reading and especially enjoys books on history, public health, and current issues. She also enjoys watching mystery shows, going to museums and galleries, traveling, and learning about new places and cultures.
